Formal learning experiences rarely 'stick' without integration and ongoing coaching and feedback. To help leaders and team members retain and practice their skills to create new habits that shift their behavior, I offer add-on individual, team, or group coaching packages that create a safe and engaging space for sharing, learning, and feedback that builds trust and momentum.
