This personal leadership coaching package is designed to get you 'unstuck' around a specific life or career decision that your gut has already been tempting you to act on. Four calls over two months will help you hone in on how, why, and what this change could mean to your life so that you can face this decision head-on with confidence. Add a self-assessment like the Enneagram, Energy Leadership Index, DiSC or Emotional Intelligence Style Assessment to accelerate your awareness and results!

After just four sessions, clients experience:

• Improved self-awareness and clarity around a future desired state or goal;

• Positive energy and momentum toward a new commitment;

• New ideas and strategies that feel authentic to test and apply toward a future state or goal;

• A shift in their mindset and beliefs that improve self-confidence and awareness.

• Unlimited text or email support between sessions
